Sasami (Sammy) and Tenchi go out to buy some karaoke software for their mother. However, as the stores only carry 'Standard' software, Tenchi resorts to the black market. When Biff sees Tenchi carrying software bought from another company he sends Pixy Misa out to attack him. Sasami then transforms herself into Pretty Sammy to fight against the digital monsters that Misa creates. Meanwhile, Biff with the help of Ramia move forward with their plans to build a standardised world by pulling the moon to earth using concentrated network power. When Washu notices something strange going on with her computer she alerts Sammy and together they try to put an end to biffs plot.
